EX Pegasus technicians. Did VAC screw you?

I hope the moderators allow this. There are a bunch of us and no forum to discuss.

Back when D* took control of Pegasus in August. I, along with many other service centers were left holding the bag for unpaid service orders. The last promise was the week before thanksgiving. That never happened.

Please post your experiences dealing with VAC and their "Billing Inquiries" department.

Do they keep telling you that they are in negotiation with the lawyers for pegasus? You know VAC is in breech of contract with it's service centers.
