How much does everyone pay for D*?

On Directv's web site they have the Total Choice Premier package at $90.99 with locals, I would say your getting a deal. If your trying to save some money and don't watch the sports package I would call them up and drop that. It will bring your bill down some. I used to have everything on Directv for years But it got down to where I could not afford it, Thats alot money to pay each month for TV. Now I just have the Total Choice Plus at $42 I got all my favorite movies on DVD why do I need all those movie channels for? One thing you can do is call up Directv and tell them you want to drop your service and go Dish :lol: Believe it or not they will offer you a few months free of what ever package you have! and then after that time decide what you want to do! :D I guess I will stay :rolleyes: an't Directv Great!!!!! :D

On Directv's web site they have the Total Choice Premier package at $90.99 with locals, I would say your getting a deal.

He's not getting a deal because he doesn't have TCP with locals. That's why he has all those distant networks. The TCP without locals price is correct at $87.99.

I dumped all my Premium channels this month and went with the $14.95 unlimited blockbuster rental.

Its just like netflix plus you still get Two free rentals in Store for Games and DVDs. No later fees on the mailed DVDs.

When I did this Direct TV gave me FREE showtime to keep me happy for some reason. Showtime is not very good.

That sux. And I thought CA taxes were bad. I left my Sprint bill with my Missouri address for that very reason, but then my card was getting denied and I had to change my phone's address to match my bank's address. Then my bill went up like $13.00 a month.

That's the one good thing about buying a D/Tivo in the last promo, you locked in at your price, so the upcoming hike won't affect the bill.

Um. If you are paying 39.99 for just Total Choice you are overpaying actually. Here is the price chart for most services. Everything unlisted really depends on the offer you signed up with. Also if you signed up for a package at a lower price, you will keep that price as long as you keep that package. If you change it, you can't go back to the price you were getting if you are paying a different amount than listed here:

I pay $42.99 for TC+ w/locals and $4.99 DVR fee, that's $47.98 total. No tax.

I pay Dish Network for some alacart channels about $12 and I pay $11.98 for Sky Angel, and $11.99 to Tivo for my stand alone Tivo hooked up to my Dish 301 receiver.

Since getting an HD set, I cant watch movies in SD anymore. If you have an HD set are you guys really watching Cinemax or Starz in SD ??
DVD's look awesome on my Sammy DLP so I'm giving that Blockbuster deal some thought.
