Old antenna work with new 921?

Brand new 921 owner here... switching back to E* after switching to D* about a year ago. I've still got my Dish 500 antenna left over from my PVR501 installation, and I'm hoping I can just plug this into my 921 and be ready to go. Has the antenna been changed in the last 2 years or am I good to go? I'm just doing a single reciever / single room install and have dedicated twin RG6 runs direct from the antenna to the receiver location already.

Probably will work, depends on your LNB (must have support for 2 boxes). But, just call Dish. The current deal includes installation so it's not your problem (the'll provide a new LNB if it's needed).

It probably will work just fine. You won't get CBS-HD, but that is about it. If you can get this setup to work w/o having dish do a re-install, that is VERY GOOD! You don't want them to force you into another year long contract if you don't have to!
