I had setup a dish mover and on the agreed date, there was no phone call from dish conforming the appointment, nor did an installer showed up (waited at home for over 5 hours)
After being on hold with dish for over 50 minutes, I was told that my install date had been moved to another day.
Other day comes, still no call, no installer.... When I called Dish, they try to get hold of the installer....
After waiting at home again for over 6 hours, being on hold on the phone for another hour with Dish, a local installer shows up at night, says that he does have a ladder to get to the roof, and wanted me to call Dish to reschedule ????
Ended up cancelling my Dish subscription
Just wanted to vent....
