322 - L196 Software Release Notes

This just in from Dish: new 322 software version L196 release notes.

L196 fixes a System Info screen lockup that was introduced in L195.

I wish they would make a new one (S/W) for 301-010s / 013s, fixing those occasional Freeze ups / Lock ups / etc.. following by receiver being rebooted on it's own
