2 Dishnetwork 301's

I had a few questions about the credit on these 301's.

I called Dish and was told 2 different things by 2 different CSR's.
One said that the existing credit WOULD transfer to the next person's account that activated them. The other CSR said it wouldn't.

If there is any credit on someone's account that the receivers were on the credit will not be transferred to another account. Credit is not applied to the receiver but to the account UNLESS there is a balance that is owed on the account that the receivers is on THEN that amount must be paid to get the receivers turned back on.

Makes sense. I wonder why one of their CSR's didnt' know that? :D

They were not trained with all the information needed to do their job correctly. There's things I tell them from time to time that they didnt know.
