Greetings;
wonder if anyone could help me with this problem.
We have a 508 in the living room and a 510 in the bedroom. Today I tried to switch the 510 to the living room but it all comes in black and white and distorted on the TV. The 508 is working fine there just now . I took the 510 back to it's original location in the bedroom and is also working ok there, without any problem. Tried it twice with the same results.
Called DISH to make sure that the DVR did not have to be acitivated to a particular input. The rep said it should work ok anywhere in the house, and could not pinpoint the cause for this.
