no signal on some transponders with hr10-250

I just got a new hr10-250 and have no signal on some transponders.
Satelite 101 missing transponder 4, 12, 20, 28
Satelite 119 missing transponder 25, 29
Satelite 110 8, 10, & 12 are ok

All the other transponders have a signal strength in the nineties. Is there something wrong or is this determined by the programing I am paying for or not paying for. I have the total choice plus and the HD package.

I'm not positive but I believe those are spot beam transponders used for locals.

Tom, those are the same transponders that I'm missing as well. Looks like we're in the same general longitude, which probably explains why. I'd be curious from what area of the country who receives the transponders that you're missing.

I guess I have found out what I wanted to know. It is not my HR10-250 that has a problem. Thanks for your input

Those are spot beam transponders. On the 101 sat they are 4, 12, 18, 20, 26, & 28. For the 119 they are 23, 25, 29, & 31. The 110 sat only has TPs 8, 10, & 12 for DirecTV.
