Aloha all, I live in Kailua Kona, HI on the Big Island.
Currently I receive through E* Los Angles distant networks and also the local Honolulu stations that are available.
I can't pick up any station whatsoever using an OTA digital or otherwise.
How do I determine what grade signal are I am in under the new rules?
