Has anyone here ever received a response after submitting an email through the Dish web site "customer care/contact us/email" page?

I've never gotten one, after a number of different inquiries. Maybe I'm using the wrong page?
you probably didn't put in any keywords that triggers an auto reply...
Talk about Credit Card Auto pay or something and see what happens

I didn't really want an auto reply. I wanted a human being to respond to my inquiry.
I wonder if they don't like to give customers answers in writing, since they always seem to have different stories at every phone call.
Or, maybe there are simply no CSR's assigned to answer them.
It's one of those riddles of the ages.

Why dont they implement the "Live Help" functionality on their website? It would save some of their phone lines from being tied up.

We could fill up a phone with "why don't they...?"s, when it comes to Dish.
