The NCAA did the politically correct thing, bowed to animal rights activists and will no longer use leather basketballs. I'm really getting sick of this crap.....*sigh* :rolleyes: . I haven't heard if this applies to footballs or baseballs or baseball gloves or sneakers or lacrosse sticks....

Next, all athletes will be required to become vegetarians.

The same people who are griping about killing an animal to make a basketball (which is an overstatement to blow their arguement out of proportion) are the same ones who would protest the new plant in town to manufacture the plastics that saved the cow. Give me a break. :rolleyes:
