i notice when i am watching laker and suns games sometime the say its in HD. I know for some of there HD games they show for NBATVHD, but my question is who has it? what company?
The local cable company and maybe DirecTV. Some of the HD games have been showing in the DirecTV EPG as NBA HD games and these are in addition to the Mavs and NBA TV HD games.
yes, directv shows these games: http://msn.foxsports.com/name/HD

Comcast Sportsnet Chicago also has home games in HD. Only Carried by cable companies. Main reason I went back to cable! Still have HD package, Distant Nets & sports Pack on E*.

They are listed in the 90s when they are listed. Don't see any for the next few days.

FoxSports NY and MSG have HD versions of their channels here in the NYC market. You can just about guarantee that the new Mets channel launching in 2006 will have it too.....
I see them in HD on Cox cable either INHD1 or INHD2

When HD locals launch we might see HD sportsnets too, on spotbeams. But, there is not enough bandwidth to carry them on national beams.
That's wrong. None of the RSNs broadcast 24/7 HD channels, so the only bandwidth needed is 1-5 channels to broadcast the games that they are carrying, which is exactly what D* is doing now for the Fox owned FSNs

Maybe a dumb question. I have an HD receiver, if I wanted Fox Midwest HD, could I use an OTA antenna to pull it? I assume not since their hub is located in Pittsburgh, Anyone know?
It is not an OTA channel. Need digital satellite(C/Ku) to get it and it may be encrypted. Receiver may cost as much as $750.
I have it. Not through E*, but with Cablevision. Fox Sports Net - NY HD advertises that it's available only on cable and not on satellite.

I was under the impression that they were full time stations.
