in my last thread I spoke to soon.yesterday they installed a Phillips dvr
it worked great.fantastic,but today my wife turned on the tv and it said
something like trying to get power.she called dirrect and they had her pull out the plug then turn off power.nothing worked so they came to the conclusion
that the hard drive was defective and they are sending me a new dvr.
has anyone else had a problem like this or am I the lucky one.fortunately
we asked them to reactivate the old box so I can watch the TV until the
new dvr comes.this they did although looking at my account on line they are charging me for both but hopefully they will make the correction after the new box comes in through federal express.
