You know how different video formats and game systems are in different domains like VHS is in the Y/C domain, Laserdisc is in the composite domain, DVD is in the component domain, and The Sega Genesis is in the RGB domain, etc.
I was wondering what domain dbs was in. If it's in the component domain, then all dbs recievers must have component video outputs.
All vhs vcrs really should have S-video outputs since VHS is in the Y/C domain, but the manufacturers are so cheap that they don't even put S-video outputs on VHS vcrs, but only put them on Hi8, SVHS, Minidv, etc vcrs.
