Who has the best bitrate?

Out of Directv, Dish Network, and digital cable who has the highest bitrate on their channels?
Bitrate is very important and that's why I always buy the highest bitrate version of a dvd instead of going for the low bitrate dvd with the worse picture quality but many bonus extras.

Digital cable varies by system like satellite can. I believe DirecTV has a TINY bit higher average bitrate, but it varies by channel and time so either one may be higher that any one time. But DirecTV will always LOOK better because they broadcast at 720x480 and they don't deliberately blur their picture.
