4900s started testing for new S/W today...

It's P2.18 .... and it's not going "wide-spread" to all the 4900s yet (..just being tested on some selected receivers of that particular model)

The "wide-spread" version for 4900s is still P2.17

Again, just wondering if anyone has any release notes on the 4900

All receivers are getting basically the same update - new copyright text for 2005, interactive stuff for the horse racing and sharper image, and the like.
