i have 4 receivers, 3 new hughes SD-HBH and an older RCA DRD model.
on the 3 hughes boxes ive noticed the picture would get very bright and very dim constantly for about 30 seconds before its normal again. the faces and text would be so bright its not viewable, and it does this several times a day, rain or shine, and ive only noticed it on my local channels. (3,8,11,13,20,30,33). the RCA model cannot get locals, but ive never noticed anything wrong with its picture quality.
has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it? my signal on a clear day is 90's and some 100's.
