Have Directv. I know where I want to move my service address to-it will be a legit address- my parents house. Do you just call the regular 1-800 number or do you have to ask for a certain department?
What do you tell them for your phone #? Do they check to see if the phone # matches up with the address (from an area code standpoint)? Or can I just give them my cell # and tell them my new home phone isn't hooked up yet?
Any potential problems or issues??

I would not anymore, I just got Caught. Was charged a $20 reactivation fee also.
You've posted that on multiple threads and on multiple boards, plan on going into more detail as to how you were 'caught' ?

I was stupid, ran up a big PPV Bill, then had it dial in. Its was big enough and so late in dialing in, I guess they noticed and flagged me.
I also forgot all about using the I have Vongage thing, that would of slide me buy.
Oh well, Im back to my real DMA now.
