according to Dish's software upgrade page:

942 - L2.21 - 3/17/2005

Should be available to all 942 receivers out there (or the ones connected to the satellite stream)

Push 'em out to the edge of the dock so they have a good view of the southern sky. I don't want no stinkin' box that isn't completely up-to-date! :lol:

The boxes stacked on the pallets all are loaded with version L057 (I think). They'll take the L221 download as soon as they are hooked up, as seen in Part 1 of my review... :)

942's new S/W version is L2.22 now.. (as of March 29/2005)

...and it's available "wide-spread" .. ( to all the 942s )

This is pretty funny...I'm currently using a production model 942, as opposed to the beta unit. I'll have to check tonight to make sure that it's on L222 now. Counting the one that I'm using, I know that there's at least 3 production units in the stream now! :)

"testing" just a humoristic spin on those threads of mine (example: Each new s/w release could be a TEST in itself ...with a quite REAL possibility of discovering new bugs in the future...)

and as some might say sometimes that "Life in itself is a TEST" :) ... i surely can relate the word "testing" to those threads of mine ;) .. And that's about all i can say about it :D
