What is the difference between Legacy and DishPro Quad LNBs?
Is there a way to visually identify which is which?
Why are some white plastic covers one piece and some two?
Will they both works with my DishPro receivers 301, 322, and 508?

Inquiring minds want to know :D
Thanks,
Joe

Both will work on your receivers.

To tell them apart - look for a a black "DP" logo on the DishPro.

Difference - what they use for switching is the big thing. You can do some things with DishPro that you can't with Legacy, but if you're talking plain Dish500, with only 4 tuners - they are equivalent. You can drive 24 tuners with DishPro with enough DP34 switches.

Or 48 tuners using 6 DPP44 switches and all dual-tuner boxes. :D
