Thunderbirds on TECHTV this summer

While I love the Thunderbirds (have purchased 3 of 6 DVD sets). It is sad for TechTV to be airing it. Kind of like if Comedy Central started airing Romance Movies (says not enough content or demand...) Brains would be pissed!!!

Tech TV has been one of my favorite channels. I don't see how this show helps them out. It is not even a Tech kind of program. Thunderbirds is more like something that should be on The Cartoon Network. This is almost as bad as the dreadful old Max Headroom series that they are airing. They need more programs like Eye Drops.

I think it is really "Classic Show", Wrong Channel. it does belong on Sci-Fi channel or one of the Toon networks. Kind of like "BattleBots" on Comedy Central. But since Comedy Central isn't heading down a less comedy path and I really enjoy "Battlebots" I can let it pass.

well, TECHTV wants to "grow up" into the next sci fi channel(betcha they try to make a deal for old voyager reruns)

Only if it stars Jon-Erik Hexum. TNN has the rights to Star Trek: Voyager, and those won't start for a few years.
