componet video out

I was wondering if there are any SD D* receivers that have componet video out and where to buy them. preferably new. Thanks.

There are no currently in productions Directv SD receivers with component outputs. Both Hughes and RCA have made receivers with component outputs, they will probably be available only as used receivers now.

Component video on an SD receiver is redundant anyway, unless the receiver can somehow do 480p. At 480i there is little difference between component and s-video.

It could, however, be a convenience issue if your tv does not have an extra s-video input.
