What does DISH consider a NEW CUSTOMER? Had DISH about five years ago and have moved to another home and different phone number but still have the same Social Security number! Does this mean I'm not eligible for their new VOOM OFFER? I presently have VOOM (still working) and DirecTV. I sold DISH for a while with cell phones and when I ran into this problem I used the Wife's SS number and credit card. Do I need to do this now for myself? Thanks!!
