How do I get CBS-HD from the 61.5 Bird?

Hi Everyone

I am in the Los Angeles area and just got the 61.5 bird for the voom HD channels.
They are all working great coming through my 921 and SW-64 just fine. :) When I called and ordered the Voom package I was also told that I could get the CBS-HD East feed as well. I had to wait for a supervisor to approve and would take some time. This was Sat and so far no CBS-HD yet. Am I out of luck? :confused: Could they have activated it on the 148 bird instead?
I have done a soft reboot and a switch check... am looking for channel 9483 none listed in the guide.
Any help would be appreciated... anyone else on the west coast get the CBS-HD East feed???

Hi There... You might try unplugging your receiver, that will reset it and then it should come through, if they added it to your account. Hope that works for you....

I did have to put a call in to dish tech support to get it handled took all of 5 minutes. All of the 61.5 signals in the 115 range. No problems out here in the Los Angeles area
