Does anyone have the discrete on/off codes for the Pronto?

The discrete ON is just the select button. You can learn them from the Number 1 remote.

The remote sends the generic code that both powers and depowers the unit. I want the separate discrete codes.

Ken, there is no discrete OFF, but you can use the SELECT button, as volfan615 said as a discrete ON command.

I programed my Pronto with Power = Off and Select = On. It works like a charm. :)

Does anybody know if there are plans to make true discrete on and off commands for the 942.

If the unit is off and you hit power, then the unit will turn on. Not an acceptable option for macros. I'm using SELECT for on and SELECT followed by POWER for OFF. Really would like a discrete code for OFF. SJ
