I went ahead and purchased a 942 and have noticed anoying problem that did not exist with the 921.

I have a Mitsu 52" dlp. The display for the 942 is slightly tilted. In the program guide it is very evident... It looks like it is going up hill from left to right. This does not appear to be isolated to the guide, as the top banner also seems to be tilted.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Anyone know how to correct it? I did not notice this with my 921 connected through HDMI with an adaptor cable.

I have seen this situation on a computer monitor and it was correctable through the controls. Does anyone know how to correct it on a Mitsubishi?

One last note, how long should I wait for my local guide data to show. At the moment I am only seeing out for two hours or so ahead. I activated the receiver on sunday morning and put it in standby last night.

Thanks!

Chris

It may take another day or two, but the guide data will eventually populate completely.

Sorry, but I don't have any ideas to offer on correcting your display tilting.

I'd suggest checking the component output as well to see if it is tilted. Any other devices in your system show this behavior?

A good place to get info on Mits TVs is the HomeTheaterSpot. Check out
