Is THERE a 5 DOLLAR fee? No, there is no DVR fee. There is an additional receiver fee if the 721 is not your only receiver.

The additional receiver (mirror) fee is on ANY receiver beyond the first (not just the 721).

If the 721 is your sole receiver, then there is no VOD/DVR $5/mo fee.
If the 721 is an additional receiver, then the $5/mo addition receiver fee does apply, but no VOD/DVR fee.
If for some reason you had a 510/522/921/942 DVR instead of a 721/501/508/7200 DVR, then you would have to pay the $5/mo DVR fee.

NO DVR fee with AEP.

No one said it wasn't. He/she wasn't asking about any receiver, though. He/she was asking about the 721.

I thought that when the VOD fee was first introduced, that if you didn't have at least AT60, then the fee is $10/mo. Is this correct?

No, that was never the case for the 721.

They had the $9.99 fee on the Dishplayer 71/7200s. However, most people were able to get that waived. The only Non-VoD fee DVRs for E* are the 501/508/721. All other E* DVRs have the fee unless you have AEP. The 71/7200 users can usually get out of it.
