322 receiver questions

Hey all -
I have some 322 questions. First of all, I am a long time customer of 9 years, so can I buy one of these things from a retailer/ebay and have it activated?
What kind of outputs does the receiver have on it? Is there composite audio/video for both receivers? Does it output stereo audio?
Anyone know of any problems with this working with a stand alone Tivo?
Does it come with both remotes new in a box?
