Let me just say there's no way IN HELL I'd let any man and his BAR BUDDIES decorate any house, for just such as the examples given tonight. Snipping the beadwork off an otherwise boring lampshade being one of the more obvious infractions. :nono2:

That being said, there were definitely some good laughs. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would. :lol: If you recorded but haven't watched it, at least see about the first 30-60 minutes before giving up on it. :sure:

I find weddings boring when I personally know the folks who've invited me. I can't imagine this would be less boring. :)

There's no way those guys really did all that work. Several of the rooms went from carpet to hard-wood floors, and the fireplace went from white tile to brown. There was definitely a lot of 'elves' helping behind the scenes with the house.

CBS paid them an obscene amount of money (rumored between $1m and $2.6m but that may also have included an "appearance" fee for TAR) for the rights to tape/broadcast their wedding. Family members have openly complained that CBS dictated too much of the planning of the wedding. Nah. No elves in the background. :)
