I know that Dish has an email address that gets immediate attention at the upper levels of management. Does DirecTV have something similar?

Matter of fact, I just sent them a complaint today about a blanket-over-the-head, sucker-punch $4/mo. increase just a month after I re-upped the contract for a year because I wanted an equipment 'upgrade'.
