Cannot access guide on 721

When I press guide on the 721 nothing happens, I have rebooted with no luck. Anyone else having a problem?

This has happened to many of us at various times with our 721's. There doesn't appear to be any logic to it as to when it happens. Dish is aware of it and doesn't have a fix. You might try accessing the guide through the menu system - it never worked for me, but it may for you. The guide ALWAYS came back after the unit was powered down for a while - longest I think I had to wait was two hours. Sorry, all I can say is that at least it only happens to me about twice a year and it doesn't last long.
