putting a 301 reciver in slot one of sw 64 swicth?

what will happene if i put a 301 in slot one on the sw 64 swicth in which carries the power supply too the swicth will it fry the reciver does anyone know?

Should work fine. I had a 501 connected that way with no problems. Just make sure that you have the power inserter facing the right direction.

The Power inserter goes BETWEEN the receiver and the switch. No problem.
