My oldest son (who's 12 and too smart for his own damn good) wants to know what this movie has to do with science. To him a big part of "science fiction" is the science.

Any good answers?? :confused:

Sci Fi and Fantasy are often blended as a genre. Sadly, a lot of Sci Fi as written to do is Sci Magic (i.e. more fantasy than science).

If you look at SciFi's website, they actually categorize a lot of shows as SFF - Science Fiction / Fantasy...
