This is probably totally off-the-wall speculation but I wonder if Dish sent out one of those undocumented minor software "adjustments" yesterday evening?
I got 226 yesterday morning but didn't have time to fool with it until about 5pm est.
One weird thing I noticed that had not ever happened previously, was I was getting a solid blue narrow rectangle with rounded ends in the lower left of the screen. It would come up with a "pause", "guide" and various other menu screens.
I could only get rid of by doing a "swap" to the other tuner and back. It was a real pain. A hard reboot but didn't stop it from happening.
Then, for no apparent reason, at about 7pm est it was gone and nothing I tried would get it to happen again.
