It seems a customers 2nd 625 is recording programming without them choosing it to. Replaced one and the second one is doing the same. Anybody have a solution?

it might be name based recording maybe they told it to record a keyword then it records everything with that in the name

s it recording programs for later viewing like PPV?
Thats NORMAL for a 625, part of VOD
Customer is watching TV. It changes channels and starts recording on its own. Then changes back in mid recording to what they where first watching.

is the show in the scheduled to be recorded list?
If customer tries to channel it asks if they want to stop recordingand change channels.
I have no clue
We went out and changed the remote address just incase the neighbor has a system also and we turned off all Timers and Events, even though the CX did not choose any timers of events.
