Green Block Screen from PIP

This happens on my HECD 921 on occasion but now it happened on my HEED 921. The Green Block Screen always happens in the morning when I check the PIP screen to determine if it moved back to its default location (indicating an automatic reboot). When I move the PIP from the default location to the upper left corner, the Green Screen magically appears. The first picture shows what it looks like once I hit the PIP position button and change it to the upper left corner. The Second picture shows what things look like when I hit the swap button. The PIP shows the program but the main viewing area has become the BSOD.

Anyone know what causes this PITA? and, what is the best remedy to get rid of it and keep it from reoccurring?

I get the same thing with both of my 921's (HECD & HEED). It started with L2.13.
