The pending purchases does NOT transfer to your new card. You got some freebies.

I called dish and spoke with a rep who told me the purchases don't get transferred. She told me its dish network's way of thanking its customers who have to suffer the card swap.

Its not their way of thanking customers who have to suffer the card swap, they did not implement it in their receivers to store the PPV data like the DirecTv receivers do. It is stored on the card.
