I have been using my 921 since 11/04 with very few problems. Last night out of the blue the SD picture started to appear fuzzy. The text appears to bleed to the right and the picture is not sharp like it once was. I turned off the power and rebooted 3 times hoping that would solve the problem. No luck. I also reset the system to the factory defaults and rebooted. No change. HD works fine and I can view non HD channels in HD mode but the image is shrunk. I have not changed any connections and have downloaded all updates to the software. Anyone have any ideas or experienced this? I will be calling Dish support but I'm not optimistic about the result. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you saying that upconverted SD out of the HD outputs is fuzzzy, or that all programming out of the SD outputs is fuzzy? This would be two different problems.
(edit) Sorry, I didn't read your post closely enough. It appears the problem is with either the video driver or the hardware on the SD output.

No, no - don't go blaming the 921 just yet (did "I" say that? :eek2: ).

There's TWO ends to the connecting cable - the problem might be in the TV.

Try swapping things around to determine where the trouble really is.
