942 Dish Pass only finds satellite channels??

I just read in my 942 manual (page 77): "Note that DISH Pass only finds programs on satellite channels."

While setting up DISH Pass events, I've been specifying some of my digital OTA channels. DISH Pass placed these events in the Daily Schedule. These events won't be due to fire for a few days, yet. Did I misinterpret the manual, or will these events not fire?

I saw that also, but have found it to not be true...so far at least. PASSes that I have set up for my OTA channels have worked fine.
I must admit though, that I DID set up another timer for the SD sat broadcast on the first few just in case..

Never noticed that tidbit in the manual. I've set up a few Dish passes for several shows that air on OTA channels, and EvanS observed, they've worked fine.

Actually, I think that it's because originally it was planned that DishPASSes wouldn't cover OTA channels. I made a lot of noise about that, and it changed. Apparently the manual didn't change, though.
