I am thrilled with the new software. Dish finally got it right by providing guide data for OTA locals for those who don't want to pay the extra price for the SD local, or those who don't want to screw up their distant networks by subbing to the locals. Now I don't feel so bad about the $5 dvr fee for the 921.
I told my wife that she could set the timers to record her Law and Orders off the local OTA in high def. Of course she wasn't that excited because she thought that we were already recording them in hgih def off of the east cost NBC.
