I received a promotional card with the new channel lineup in today's mail.

Fe TV is not listed on the card.

Looks like we found the ministry that will be leaving for the addition of HGTV!

How many religious/Christian stations have to be dropped in favor of "secular" channels before Sky Angel is no longer really any different from Dish AT60? And will subs then leave Sky Angel?

I think its the quality of the Christian programming, not the quantity. I think many false teachers have lost air time, thankfully. Who wants to watch hour after hour of Benny Hinn and the like. I counted in the Sky Angel Guide one time, and found at least 5 hours of air time was received free of charge (on Sky Angel that is) by Benny Hinn in one day.

I think it is good what Sky Angel is doing and fully support their efforts. Now I must try to convince others that Sky Angel is not the same old Christian television as they are used to seeing on their cable systems, Dish Network or Directv.

btw, FNC and Hallmark are not in AT60 and Hallmark Movie Channel is at this time only on Sky Angel. In fact, Hallmark is in AT180.

SA Newsletter was in my mailbox when I got home from work today...

As initially guessed in this thread, Fe TV is gone in "late August". SA* will work with the channel to bring programming to the Latino community though "other SA channels"

HGTV is taking Fe TV's slot on channel 9720.

The Hallmark Channel is going to move from channel 9712 to 9729. This is right next to HMC on channel 9730.

Thanks Tony. It didn't make sense to have Hallmark burried like that. If it were up to me I'd make a few other channel number moves, but it is good to see Hallmark moving.
