Folks, I just took delivery of a new 942. I am tyrying to locate the smartcard. Please verify they ship with the unit??? Is it missing, or am I missin gsomething?

The smartcard is built into the unit. There is a slot for future use should a replacement smartcard be needed.

OK. I am not used to that and found the slot empty but reference to it. Thanks for the quick update! Will connect it this weekend. I am busy archiving shows to DVD from my SD DVR.
