How to?? Attach RG6 Cable to Stucco

I have tried many types of cable clips and nothing is perfect. I have to use silicon caulk to hold everything in-place, and then paint. My most successful has been the hex head screw clips.
If anyone has a better way please let me know, i would appreciate it. thanks.

The best is a drilled in plastic insertwith a seperate metal clip. They do make a lead insert but plastic is easy to use. Just use the correct masonary bit to drill the hole.
