921 Locks-up when tuned to OTA audio subchannel

One of my local PBS stations has an audio-only subchannel (25-09). Whenever I tune to it I usually have to fight the 921 to get out of that channel. Scrolling is locked-up, EPG is stubborn (jumps back to this audio channel after another channel is selected).

Anybody else notice this problem? The station in question is WVIZ-DT in Cleveland. They are on an "STA", a special temporary authority licence broadcasting from a 99' tower at 1 KW. Perhaps the low tower/low power has something to do with the problem.

I don't think it has anything to do with the power level their transmitting. I think it's more likely due to whatever they're transmitting in their PSIP tables. In fact, I'm not sure than an audio only channel even conforms to the ATSC standard, which would definitely explain why the 921 is having problems with it.

If I click on the EPG while listening to 25-09 I get a black box in the space where the picture would be if this was a video channel. In the black box is says "Audio channel 28XX" (I can't recall the exact channel number but it was a 4-digit beginning with 28 IIRC). So the 921 knows it's an audio chanel.

In another thread I read that there is a PSIP criteria for audio channels (and data as well). That is why it's subchannel is #9 as opposed to #3, wich would be the next logical subchannel (-01 is PBS-HD, -02 is "The Ohio Channel").

I'm also getting this problem with my PBS-AM (which is an audio only station at 021-05).
When scanning through the local channel area it would always hesitate for a long time after passing that station. I removed it from the lineup and no problems since.

UPDATE: I am also a Sky Angel subscriber. The 921 has the same problem with the SA audio-only channels as it does with WVIZ-DT 25-09.

So the issue has nothing to do with OTA vs. Satellite, since both types of audio chanels have caused temporary lock-ups on my 921. This is with 218 on a HEED (problem existed in several previous s/w versions prior to 218).
