my zip code is 62814 live in IL. since there is different call in centers for dishnetwork, I was hoping someone would know why dish web site has been down for 2 weeks, when i go to my account (their web page says tec. difficulties) I called to report the matter ,and they were not much help, got transfered to tec. dept . then they said it wasn't their dept. and got transferred back to cust. service, and they asked me if i was getting a clear picture, I am not going thru sbc or any other phone, company. plus my internet is wireless alot faster than dsl. if anyone could help, it would be appreciated

Don't know what to tell you, it seems to be working perfectly for me. Have you tried something like using a different web-browser or even another computer?
