http://www.freecabs.de/ - site with lots of goodies! this one is great because you can view it on your pocketpc and download the cab directly to your device, no need to sync.
http://www.mohairsofa.com/Default.aspx/document/10 - makes outlook sooooo much better. Everyone should have this!
