IBM recently unveiled new set-top-box (STB) processors, designed for use in a wide range of digital television products including integrated digital television sets, personal video recorders and satellite, cable and digital terrestrial receivers. Both of IBM's products are highly integrated chips using IBM CMOS 0.15 micron process technology. The new chips are part of the fourth generation of IBM products for digital STB applications
