Has anyone seen this with L219

For the first time ever I was getting a small video window in the upper left corner of the screen in HD mode, with the rest of the screen black. It happened twice. I have rebooted twice, hard and power cord. The last power cord reboot finally got the full screen 16X9 HD picture back. I hope it stays. By the way my OTA channels have been good through the last 3 or 4 software updates. I don't and didn't get channel info because I don't subscribe to E* locals. I must admit, over the last 6 months on the whole my 921 has been operating somewhat satisfactorily.

I have seen it when flipping from sd to hd its a scaler problem I believe introduced two or three rev.s ago. It was discussed here.

I had this happen to me for the first time yesterday. Actually, it happened when I noticed that my 921 had again switched itself to 480p mode. When I switched back to 720p, the problem occurred. I had to reboot to correct it.
