Wireless Networking Help

I just recently purchased a Dell Inspiron 9300 Laptop as a second computer. I was able network my two systems to share Internet access, but I can't figure out how to share printer/files. I went through the network set up wizard on both systems, but for some reason it's not working. I'm sure it's some thing simple that I am over looking. Any help would be appreciated.

go to the control panal and go to network connections and right click on the connection and make sure file and printer sharing is checked off. Then you have to right click on the folders that you want to share go to sharing and make a shared name. after that the folders should appear in the network places, click on view workgroup computers and then look for it in their. Also make sure both computers are in the same workgroup by going to right click my computer then properties.

I was assuming you have windows XP
