Parents have not gotten new cards yet

They were told 7-10 days, it's been like 2 weeks for them and a bunch of channels tell them certain dates that they are expiring. Should it take that long? Maybe 7-10 days means "business days" I bet.

Ya... best to ask DISH directly about something like that...

On a different note.. Not only "bunch of channels tell ..certain dates that they are expiring." or when they are expiring..., but some of those channels actually already DID expire... (another words - DID expire on Nagra 1 encryption by now..and now are ONLY on Nagra 2 encryption) ...

So in this case.. depending on the package they subscribe to - there is a good chance that they are missing some channels also by now.. and not only having to put up with those pop up "Expiry thingies"..

I think they called Dish back, dunno what happend yet. I was mostly wondering how long it took for those who have gotten the new card.
